This notice explains how Enhance Coaching collects, uses, stores and protects personal information submitted through this website and through coaching intake forms, in line with applicable data protection law (including POPIA where the business or client is based in South Africa, and equivalent laws elsewhere).
What we collect
Through the lead form and free assessment we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, stated goal, and anything you choose to share about your training history or health. Booking a call is handled by Setmore, a third-party scheduling platform with its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, build a coaching recommendation, and — once you're a client — to plan and adjust your programme. Health and training information you share is used only for coaching purposes and is not shared for marketing.
Who we share it with
Placeholder — confirm before launch: which service providers (email/CRM tools, Setmore, any automation platform used to route lead form submissions) process this data on Enhance's behalf.
How long we keep it
