This notice explains how Enhance Coaching collects, uses, stores and protects personal information submitted through this website and through coaching intake forms, in line with applicable data protection law (including POPIA where the business or client is based in South Africa, and equivalent laws elsewhere).
What we collect
Through the lead form and free assessment we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, stated goal, and anything you choose to share about your training history or health. Booking a call is handled by Setmore, a third-party scheduling platform with its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, build a coaching recommendation, and — once you're a client — to plan and adjust your programme. Health and training information you share is used only for coaching purposes and is not shared for marketing.
Who we share it with
Booking a call is handled by Setmore, a third-party scheduling platform. The lead form and free assessment currently send information directly to the business — no CRM, email marketing tool or automation platform is connected yet. If that changes, this notice will be updated to name the service provider involved.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver coaching, and meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion sooner using the contact details below.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If analytics tools are added in future to understand how visitors use the site, this notice and a cookie consent banner will be updated first, describing what is collected and how to opt out.
