Programmed run plans

A run plan assessed by a Peak Movement biokineticist and professionally programmed. Quality is the point — the plan is built for your running, not copied from a template.

What it involves

You tell us about your running. A Peak Movement biokineticist assesses you. From that, the run plan is professionally programmed, with quality as the standard rather than how many plans can be sent out.

Who it's for

People who want to improve their running and training — including half marathons and longer road races such as Comrades — and who want the plan assessed and programmed properly.

What to expect

It starts with a conversation about your running, the days you can train, and anything you already know is getting in the way. Assessment sits with a Peak Movement biokineticist. You then receive a programmed plan.

How it works

  • Tell us about your running — the enquiry form, email, WhatsApp, or a booked call
  • A biokineticist at Peak Movement assesses you
  • You receive a professionally programmed run plan
  • Quality stays the measure of the work
